Daily data entry through to preparation of BAS, using MYOB accounting software, including;
- Accounts payable, including processing of purchases and payment of accounts.
- Accounts receivable, including processing of sales and debt collection.
- Payroll, including SGC and PAYG obligations, payment summaries and EMPDUPE files.
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
- Maintenance of fixed asset register and depreciation.
- End of period accounting journals.
- Profit and Loss analysis.
- Budgeting, including formulation and analysis and reporting of actual to budget.
- Preparation of computerized accounting company file for taxation purposes which can then be sent to your tax accountant.
- Additional reporting as required (eg cash flow spreadsheets etc)
- General clerical and administrative support (eg typed correspondence, tax file number declaration forms etc).
